Inspiration for this piece is a celebration for all the small birds that fly up from africa every year to the Uk. A pair of house martins nest right outside my studio window . I have so musch admiration for them they are so tiny but yet can fly so far they are free, no passports are required for entry . I made this on the road in our van travelling through Morroco
